Nora Snoddy is a Recruitment Marketing Manager at Amazon, leading her team in strategizing and deploying marketing strategies across Midwest and West Coast cities. As a Recruitment Marketing leader, she is responsible for partnering with leaders, clients, customers and business partners across the organization to drive strategic research and data-driven candidate attraction actions. Before joining Amazon, Nora was Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing at Eventbrite and Vice-President of Marketing at Nashville based startup, Psych Hub. She also held several leadership roles, including Director of Marketing and Director of Communications at CM Group, formerly known as Emma. An alumna of Pennsylvania State University, Nora has Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Relations/Advertising and Art History as well as a Masters in Business Administration from the Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business at Belmont University.Nora is an accomplished public speaker having led sessions at various marketing conferences,including the Digital Summit Series, Internet Summit, and the AMA Symposium for the Marketing of Higher Education. In February of 2019, she was named one of Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 for her professional success and philanthropic contributions to the Nashville community. Nora is also an active member of the Junior League of Nashville. When she is not working, Nora spends time with her pets, Lola and Gaston, and enjoys exploring Nashville’s restaurant scene.
